Apple iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro Now Available to Pre-Order

Today’s the day, folks. Apple has officially opened up pre-orders for its latest iPhones, the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro. The devices were unveiled at an event last Tuesday where the company also announced they’d begin shipping next Friday, September 20th.

iPhone 11

The iPhone 11 is a successor to last year’s XR in which it has a 6.1-inch Liquid Retina Display and ships in fun colors. This year, it gets a secondary ultra-wide 12MP camera alongside an A13 Bionic processor, longer battery life, and improved speakers. It still comes with an ultra-sucky 5W wall adapter, though.

iPhone 11 Pro

And that’s where the iPhone 11 Pro comes into play. For the first time ever, Apple has attached its “Pro” branding to an iPhone, and one of the most notable features is the included 18W wall adapter that enables fast charging out of the box.

Of course, the iPhone 11 Pro isn’t just about fast charging. It also comes in two sizes: one (the 11 Pro) has a 5.8-inch Super Retina XDR Display while the other (the 11 Pro Max) has a 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR Display. Both ship with A13 processors, three rear cameras (one main, one telephoto, one ultra-wide), even longer battery life (up to five hours more compared to last year’s phones), and nicer designs. If you want the best iPhone, you get the Pro.

Pricing

As far as pricing goes, the iPhone 11 starts at $699, the 11 Pro starts at $999, and the 11 Pro Max starts at $1,099. All three come with a baseline 64GB of storage which is kinda terrible, especially since there are two phones with “Pro” in the name this time around.

You can pre-order the new iPhones though Apple’s website starting today. Carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile have also opened pre-orders along with other retail outlets.
