After releasing iOS 12.3 to the public earlier this week, Apple today seeded the first beta of iOS 12.4 for testing on the iPhone and iPad. The new software can be installed by going to Settings > General > Software Update. From there, you should see the latest beta ready to be downloaded. After making sure you’re connected to a Wi-Fi network and have enough battery life, go ahead and hit install.
iOS 12.4 will likely consist of bug fixes and security enhancements. It’ll also likely pack some performance improvements, although don’t expect anything too drastic. There may also be a few user-facing features, but since the software just came out, we don’t know what they might be. Stay tuned, though, since we’ll be updating this article with any notable changes/features.
