We’re less than a day away from OnePlus’ big New York event where the company will unveil the new OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro. But as is the case with many imminent smartphone launches, the rumor train hasn’t slowed down just yet. New renders of the less-impressive OnePlus 7 have made their way to the web thanks to Roland Quandt on Twitter in which we get a crystal-clear look at the device in its Mirror Grey finish.
As you can see, the images show off a device that’s very similar to that of the OnePlus 6T from 2018. A teardrop notch, two rear cameras, no headphone jack, and slim bezels are all here along with a glossy finish along the sides and backplate. There’s the usual alert slider, volume keys, and power button as well. In a nutshell, we don’t get very much more information about the OnePlus 7 itself from these images, but we at least get a higher resolution gallery to look at.
The OnePlus 7 is expected to come with a 6.41-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340×1080, a Snapdragon 855 processor, 6 to 8GB of RAM, and 128 or 256GB of storage. On the back, OnePlus will bring over its main 48MP camera found on the OnePlus 7 Pro along with a secondary, depth-sensing 5MP shooter. There will also be a 3,700mAh battery, a USB-C port, and a bottom-firing speaker.
