Today at I/O 2019, Google announced its bringing AR camera capabilities to search results in its app. When searching for something on Google, if the search result supports it, you’ll be given the chance to view something as a 3D model. Google used muscle flexion, shoes, and a shark as examples. But if you want to go one step further, you can bring that 3D model to the real world using AR. It’s a pretty sweet feature if you want to see what a new pair of kicks will look like paired with your clothes.
Google didn’t say when the feature will roll out, but we’ll let you know when it does.
