Most likely from her next album.

Swifties, unite! After drumming up plenty of hype with multiple teasers on billboards and on social media, Taylor Swift has finally dropped her newest single entitled ME!. The song features a verse from Brendon Urie, the lead singer of Panic! at the Disco. You can stream the summer-ready pop anthem below on both Spotify and Apple Music. Swift also dropped a music video which you can watch below.

Plenty of people (including myself) are assuming this is the lead single to Swift’s upcoming album. The pop star has teased time in the studio in the past, and historically, when Swift drops a new song that isn’t attached to a third-party like Fifty Shades of Grey, it’s indication that an album is on the way. It’ll certainly be a breath of fresh air as the singer hasn’t put out any new music since 2017. With ME!, Swift is clearly targeting a much more vibrant, summer-like vibe which, arguably, is in direct contrast to her last album, Reputation.

Unfortunately, we don’t know when TS7 will be released, but we’ll let you know if we hear anything regarding a potential release date.
