Apple has begun rolling out the fourth beta build of iOS 12.2 for testing on the iPhone and iPad ahead of a public release. Both developers and public beta testers will get the update this week. This comes two weeks after the third beta hit airwaves.
With iOS 12.2, Apple has plenty in store. The company is bringing four new Animojis to Face ID-equipped devices, a ridiculous 5GE icon to AT&T subscribers, a few UI tweaks, extra animations in the Wallet app, better security details, and plenty of under-the-hood improvements.
To install the update, head to Settings > General > System Update on your registered iPhone or iPad. It’s important to have your device connected to a stable Wi-Fi connection and plugged into a power source before updating. Otherwise, you may run into interruptions during the process.
