Lenovo today unveiled a new all-in-one PC during MWC 2019. Called the IdeaCentre A340, the PC is built for both home and work with a good mix of powerful specs and versatility. By no means is it a powerhouse, but it should be enough to get you through.
With the A340, Lenovo includes a modern design with slim bezels around the display. A unique stand mechanism balances the machine’s weight and, quite honestly, looks pretty cool. Unfortunately, the PC itself isn’t all that thin, but it’s slim enough that it should get in your way.
Lenovo is shipping two screen sizes with the IdeaCentre A340: 21.5-inches and 23.8-inches. Both offer Full HD (1920×1080) resolutions and the option to upgrade to a touchscreen if desired. Under the hood, you’ll find up to an 8th-generation Intel Core i5-8400T processor, 8GB of RAM, either 512GB of SSD storage or 1TB of HDD storage, and AMD Radeon 530 graphics. You also get two USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.1 ports, a 3-in-1 SD card reader, a headphone jack, an HDMI port, and an Ethernet jack.
For audio, Lenovo packs in two 3W stereo speakers. There’s also a 720p webcam that boasts the company’s signature TrueBlock privacy shutter. In addition, two color variants are available at checkout: Business Black and Foggy White.
According to Lenovo, the IdeaCentre AIO A340 will start at $499.99 and go on sale in April in the United States.
