After Tuesday’s release of iOS 12.1.3, Apple today has begun rolling out the first beta of the next minor software update for the iPhone and iPad, iOS 12.2. The update can be installed on your device by going to Settings > General > System Update. Both developers and public beta testers should be able to install the new software sometime this week. It’s important to have your device connected to a stable Wi-Fi connection and plugged into a power source before updating. Otherwise, you may run into interruptions during the process.
Right now, it’s unclear what iOS 12.2 will bring to the table. However, when we find out more, we’ll let you know.
