Today, Apple officially launched its lower-cost iPhone XR smartphone. The device arrives roughly a month after the XS and XS Max went up for sale. For this variant, many are expecting the Cupertino-based company to sell a ton of units thanks to the lower cost and fun colors.
The iPhone XR starts at $749. That’s enough to get you 64GB of internal storage. Bump that up to 128GB, and you’re looking at $799. Take things up another notch to 256GB and the phone will cost you $849. All three models are being sold in six colors: black, white, yellow, blue, coral, and red. The phones will also be sold through various retailers and carriers at launch alongside Apple.com.
For those of you wondering, the XR comes with a glass design with an aluminum frame, a 6.1-inch LCD 19.5:9 display with a notch, an A12 Bionic processor, 3GB of RAM, iOS 12, stereo speakers, no headphone jack, no 3D Touch, a single 12MP rear camera, and Face ID.
