Apple just unveiled the new iPhone XS and XS Max at its event in Cupertino, and with them come new pricing for all the new storage configurations. For the first time ever, the company is including up to 512GB of space in a smartphone, so you can imagine these things must be pretty pricey. And yeah, you’d be absolutely right.
Here’s a breakdown of each model with its assigned pricing.
- 64GB: $999
- 256GB: $1,149
- 512GB: $1,349
iPhone XS Max:
- 64GB: $1,099
- 256GB: $1,249
- 512GB: $1,449
Clearly, $1450 for a smartphone is an extremely high price to pay. In the same breath, if you have to have the best of the best, that’s the price you’ll need to pay.
Oh, and just for the heck of it, here’s a breakdown of the iPhone XR‘s pricing by storage tier.
- 64GB: $749
- 128GB: $799
- 256GB: $899
Preorders for the iPhone XS and XS Max go up this Friday, September 14th. They both launch on September 21st. Meanwhile, the iPhone XR will go up for preorder on October 19th and launch a week later on October 26th.
