We’ve been seeing leak after leak of the notch-equipped Pixel 3 XL for weeks now, and so far, there hasn’t been much chatter surrounding the smaller Pixel 3 device. This ends today, luckily, as Google’s upcoming smartphone has leaked in new real-life images posted to Reddit and obtained by 9to5Google.
In the photos, we get a clear look at the front of the Pixel 3 with its 5.5-inch 2160×180 18:9 display. Above and below the screen sit stereo speakers, while two selfie cameras are located on the top left of the phone. This confirms previous rumors that both the Pixel 3 and 3 XL would include dual front-facing cameras likely to add support for wide-angle selfies.
The images also give us a look at what the back of the Pixel 3 looks like. It resembles the larger 3 XL strongly with its two-tone appearance and all-glass back plate. You’ll find a fingerprint sensor below the single camera on the back, with Google’s G logo near the bottom. We also get a brief look at the right side of the phone and catch a glimpse at the power button and volume rocker.
The user who took these photos said he also installed an app which let him read the specs of the Pixel 3. It’s nothing we haven’t already come to expect, with a Snapdragon 845, 4GB of RAM, 64Gb of storage, and a 2195mAh battery all on board.
With these images now being surfaced, it’s only a matter of time until we see further leaks that depict the smaller brother of the Pixel 3 XL. Stay tuned.
