Amazon has announced it’s adding a new feature that lets users broadcast voice messages across all Echos in a household using Alexa. It’s similar to the feature Google added to its Home ecosystem in which you can ask Alexa to announce something and it’ll play whatever you say over all connected speakers.

To use the feuatre, you simply say “Alexa, tell everyone…”, “Alexa, broadcast…”, or “Alexa, announce that…” to make a statement that will be heard projecting from every Echo smart speaker under your Amazon account. A popular example of this feature would be letting the family know it’s time for dinner.

Amazon says the new feature is available starting today in the US and Canada.
