Apple today released watchOS 4.3 to the general public as a free upgrade for all Apple Watch users. This comes after a series of beta builds were seeded to debug the update.

To install the beta, navigate to the Watch app on your paired iPhone and tap the “My Watch” tab. From there, go to General > Software Update and you should see the build ready for download. Be sure to place your iPhone on Wi-Fi while downloading this software as it’ll surely gobble up plenty of your data.

In watchOS 4.3, users can expect a portrait-oriented Nightstand Mode for when your Apple Watch is charging vertically, better control of music playback on your iPhone, a smarter version of the Siri watch face that now works better with Activity data, and a new charging animation. There’s also, of course, bug fixes and security improvements.

We’ll let you know of any features we discover down the road.
