Google’s live television service, known as YouTube TV, has reached many devices in its short history. However, one particular streaming set-top box has been excluded from the lineup, but the company is finally adding it to its roster. Starting now, anyone who’s subscribed to YouTube TV can use the service on their fourth- and fifth-generation Apple TV by downloading the official app from the App Store for free.
And there it is! We are happy to announce you can now use YouTube TV on @AppleTV. 🎉

YouTube TV for Apple TV was originally delayed back in 2017 alongside the app for Roku, but now both platforms can stream live television through Google’s service. The company also announced a little while ago that Samsung, LG, and Sony smart TVs would get the service soon as well.
