Moto Z2 Force Now Receiving Android Oreo on T-Mobile

Browse By

Following the release of the update on Verizon last week, Android 8.0 Oreo is now making its way to Moto Z2 Force users on T-Mobile, according to users at XDA Developers. The update comes with the usual array of new features packed inside Oreo such as picture-in-picture, better control over notifications, and more battery enhancements. You also get redesigned emoji and, according to Moto, better performance and Bluetooth 5 compatibility.

To see if you’ve received Oreo on your T-Mobile Z2 Force, head to Settings > System Updates and check for updates. Right now, it remains unclear when AT&T and Sprint will start rolling out Oreo to the device, but they always tend to be slow with updates anyway. Either way, it looks like you’ll have to wait until 2018 for the update now.
