OnePlus is set to unveil its new 5T smartphone today during an event in New York. Things kick off at 11 AM ET/8 AM PT and you can stream the entire show below.
As for what we’re expecting, the 5T will likely feature many of the same features as the 5 which was unveiled earlier this year. It’ll reportedly pack a Snapdragon 835, 6 or 8GB of RAM, up to 128GB of storage, Android Oreo, and likely the same cameras. What’ll change is the display size; OnePlus is expected to include a 6-inch Full HD+ 18:9 OLED screen whcih is a step up from the 5.5-inch Full HD OLED display on the standard 5. The bezels surrounding the display on the 5T are also expected to shrink so the screen fits inside a smaller body than what would normally be required to house a 6-inch panel.
Of course, not everything has leaked out yet, so be sure to tune in later this morning. We’ll have full coverage of what OnePlus announces today on Matridox.
