TCL Unveils BlackBerry Motion at GITEX Tech Week

During GITEX Technology Week this year, TCL unveiled the all-new BlackBerry Motion (via Android Central). The handset was initially leaked by Evan Blass on Twitter, and unsurprisingly, the device looks the same as it did just a couple of days ago.

The Motion is BlackBerry’s latest mid-range device similar to the KeyOne from earlier this year. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p LCD display and is powered by a Snapdragon 625 chipset. When paired with its large 4,000mAh battery, I would expect this handset will have some really stellar battery life if the Moto Z Play tells us anything.

As for other specs, there’s 4GB of RAM on board, 32GB of storage, a 12MP f/2.0 rear camera, and an 8MP selfie shooter. The Motion is even rated at IP67 certified so you can get it wet, while the software shipping on the handset is Android version 7.1 Nougat. BlackBerry says the device will first arrive in other parts of the world such as Middle Eastern markets before it hits North America. It’ll retail for around $460.
