Nintendo’s first mobile game, Super Mario Run, is getting an update. As announced via an article in iOS 11’s new App Store and on Twitter, the update will begin shipping on September 29th to users on both iOS and Android and should be pretty major.

For starters, there’s a new mode called Remix 10. Basically, while in this mode, the game will select portions of a bunch of different levels and coagulate them throughout your gameplay. For completing this mode, you’re not only rewarded with rainbow medals but Princess Daisy as well after you rescue her. Afterward, you can play as her and take advantage of her double-jump function to collect coveted black coins and be assisted while in levels you find a bit difficult.

But that’s not all. In addition, Super Mario Run will now also let you choose to play your own music while enjoying the game. By doing so, the character you play as will wear headphones while he/she runs. There’s also a new world called World Star which includes nine new levels, new enemies, and new ways to play the game.

Finally, to celebrate the launch of the update, Nintendo will knock 50 percent off the usual $10 you have to spend to unlock the full game. We haven’t seen a discount like this ever before so it might be worth taking advantage of. The deal will be valid from September 29th to October 12th.
