Mujjo Introduces New Leather Cases for iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and X

Mujjo is a not-very-well-known company who makes some stellar leather cases for smartphones. We tried out their new case for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Now, the company is back with some new options, including models for the iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and redesigned X.

Starting with the former two, the new leather cases for the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus have been slightly tweaked from what we saw with the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus-esque cases last year. They still include full-grain leather in black or tan and microfiber on the inside to protect your phone, while a 1mm lip atop your device’s screen helps to safeguard from placing it face-down on a table. There’s also camera and mute switch lips which curve in to provide a handsome aesthetic.

A new option this year is a wallet case. Rather simply offering a leather shell to place your iPhone 8 or 8 Plus in, Mujjo is also including the option to upgrade to a leather wallet case which lets you store a couple of credit cards or some cash on the back of your device. Overall, in my opinion, these cases look pretty sleek and sophisticated.

The iPhone X is getting this same treatment. There’s both a standard and wallet case, full-grain leather sits at the back, there are curves everywhere, a 1mm lip sits on top of your screen, and microfiber lines the inside. You also have the choice between either black, tan, or a new gray.

As for pricing, the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus‘ standard leather cases start at $44.90 and range up to $54.90. The iPhone X, on the other hand, starts at $44.90 and goes up to $49.90. All of the cases launch September 22nd.
