The day has finally come. Sure, the eclipse thing is happening too, but today’s the day Google will finally unveil the name and statue for its Android O software upgrade. We’re certain it’ll be Oreo anyway, but it’s always fun to hear major announcements from big companies anyway.

For those wondering, you can watch the livestream of Google’s event directly below. It’ll start at 2:40 PM ET (the same time as the eclipse reaches¬†totality). You can read more about Google’s event at their landing page.

As for when Android Oreo will begin rolling out, reports suggest the Google Pixel and Nexus devices will get the upgrade today. Of course, we’ll let you know if we know for sure this is the case.
