Microsoft Teases Upcoming Light Theme for Xbox One

During gamescom 2017, Microsoft teased an element of the upcoming Fall Creators Update for the Xbox One: a light theme. The new mode may be favored by those who are tired of the consistent dark schemes on Xbox or just wanna get that O.G. Xbox 360 vibe. Either way, the addition is coming this fall to all Xbox One users.

Not only is there a new color option, but Microsoft also recently introduced some serious developments in terms of the new Dashboard and how interacting with the console via the controller has improved. This new look will also roll out with the FCU later this year. We’ll obviously let you know when this time comes.

The new light theme is rolling out first to those enrolled in the alpha ring of the Xbox Insiders program. It’ll roll out later this year to everyone else.
