Samsung has released an updated beta version of its Internet Browser that allows users to try out the app on any Android device with Lollipop 5.0 and up. We checked out the Google Chrome alternative on the Galaxy S8, and we were fans. It offers a cleaner experience than Google Chrome and even supports major features like ad-blocking, third-party extensions, 360-degree videos, and a night mode that many Chrome users have wanted for a long time.

While Internet Browser is currently in beta, there aren’t any major bugs or serious issues that could ruin your experience. In fact, the app may even enhance your mobile browsing experience since, at least in our testing with an LG V20 on Android 7.0 Nougat, the browser is actually slightly faster than Google Chrome. Therefore, downloading another browser may be worth it in this case.
