Amazon Alexa Can Now Play Music Based on What You’re Doing

Amazon’s Alexa is getting a pretty sweet upgrade. Now, instead of just asking the AI assistant to play certain types of music, you can say, “Alexa, play rap music for getting pumped” or “Alexa, play classical music for meditation.” There’s over 500 different commands available, and based on different activities you may perform during the day, Alexa can help you out with music selections.

Many are poking fun as Amazon added the ability to tell Alexa to “play baby-making music,” which will probably help hopeful parents-to-be fulfill their dreams of raising kids of their own. I’m not sure exactly how many people will use this function, but if you wanna give it a shot, it’s there.

This update is available immediately for all Alexa users.
