Samsung is set to unveil its Galaxy S8 Active at some point in the near future. We’re assuming this due to the number of leaks and rumors surrounding the handset coming out as often as they are at this point. Now, via Weibo, we have a list of all the device’s specifications.

Starting with the build, the S8 Active will obviously have a military-grade body that can withstand drops and bumps better than nearly any other phone on the planet. It’ll have an IP68 rating and the display will be shatter-proof, similar to what the new Moto Z2 Force offers. Speaking of the screen, it’ll measure in at 5.8-inches and have small bezels with a Quad HD+ (2960×1440) resolution.

As for internals, it’ll be exactly like the regular S8. Snapdragon 835, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, 12MP camera – it’s all there. The only thing changing on the inside will be a larger battery, whereas the S8 has a 3,000mAh cell, the S8 Active will take things up a few notches to 4,000mAh. All in all, you should enjoy much longer endurance from this phone over the standard S8.

The S8 Active will measure in at 5.99 x 2.95 x .39-inches and weigh 7.34 oz. This is comparable to the regular S8 which measures in at 5.86 x 2.68 x 0.31-inches and weighs 5.47 oz. It’ll likely land as an exclusive on AT&T so those hoping to get it unlocked will be out of luck.

It’s unclear how much more time we have until the S8 Active goes official, but we’ll certainly let you know when it does.
