How-To: Get the Google Feed on Action Launcher with No Root

We recently reported that Nova Launcher was adding the ability to swipe right to view the Google Feed by using a special sideloaded app with the latest version of the launcher installed on your phone or tablet. Now, developer Chris Lacey has added the same exact feature to his Action Launcher.

By installing the latest version of the launcher from the Play Store and side loading this APK, you’ll be able to access the Google Feed pane by swiping all the way to the left of your home screen. Basically, you’ll get a proper Google Now Launcher/Pixel Launcher experience but with all the customization and features of Action Launcher.

Also in this update comes support for new Android O features like the redesigned App Shortcuts UI, notification dots, and Unread Counts for any app.
