Verizon and Samsung have begun rolling out a software update to the Galaxy S8 and S8+ that enables Daydream support. The feature was promised back in May at I/O 2017 to arrive sometime this summer, and it looks like it’s finally time to see the function hit primetime.

This software update also includes the navigation bar tweaks as seen in a recent T-Mobile upgrade for the S8 duo. There’s also a pretty good chance the Bixby button has been locked yet again in this update, but developers have already made their move and made it remappable yet again.

The software update delivering Daydream support to the S8 is currently rolling out over the air so check your phone for a notification regarding the upgrade.
