macOS Sierra 10.12.5 Now Available for Mac Users

After releasing the fifth beta a couple of weeks ago, Apple today began rolling out macOS Sierra 10.12.5 to all Mac users. The update includes an audio fix for USB headphones, adds compatibility to the Mac App Store for future software updates, and adds formal support for the Windows 10 Creators Update to be installed via Boot Camp without any physical media devices required. To get the update on your laptop or desktop Mac, head over to the “Updates” tab in the App Store and check for updates. There, you’ll find the new software ready to install. Just click the “Update” button next to the macOS Sierra 10.12.5 listing and restart your Mac. The process may take a little while, so be patient and don’t turn off your Mac manually if you don’t have to.

If you notice something we may have not in the latest macOS update, forward your sightings to [email protected] and @MBEDDEDMaximum on Twitter.
