Apple’s iPhone 7 is Now Available in a Special Red Finish

Apple’s iPhone 7 is no doubt a great smartphone, but sometimes Jet Black, Matte Black, Silver, Gold, or Rose Gold don’t suffice everyone’s needs. Therefore, why not introduce a new color option? Hence, to celebrate Apple’s over-10-year partnership with (RED), the company has introduced a new red aluminum finish which is available for both the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

As you can see, the tone of red being used is rather dark, but it does look pretty classy. Unfortunately, you’re getting white borders on the front of the iPhone rather black ones, but maybe this is an easy caveat to forgive?\Apple’s CEO Tim Cook had the following to say regarding the red iPhone 7.

“Since we began working with (RED) 10 years ago, our customers have made a significant impact in fighting the spread of AIDS through the purchase of our products, from the original iPod nano (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition all the way to today’s lineup of Beats products and accessories for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO. “The introduction of this special edition iPhone in a gorgeous red finish is our biggest (PRODUCT)RED offering to date in celebration of our partnership with (RED), and we can’t wait to get it into customers’ hands.”

Beginning Friday, March 24th, customers will be able to purchase the red iPhone 7 or 7 Plus from Apple.com for the same price currently set. It’ll also make it’s way to Apple stores and other retailers soon.
