Correction: An earlier version of this article indicated that a stylization of your AirPods by ColorWare would cost $28. This was a very unfortunate mistake and we apologize for any confusion. The article has since been revised.
Apple’s AirPods come in one color: white. And whether you like it or not, that’s the way it is. So how do you go around this restriction? By visiting aftermarket coloring solutions such as ColorWare, who have announced they can now stylize your AirPods to practically whatever color you want, including Jet Black.

58 different colors are available for you to choose from on ColorWare’s website (once again including Jet Black, likely the most popular of the options), while both AirPods don’t have to be matching. Note that it’s BYOAP (Bring Your Own AirPods) so you’ll have to fork out $159 before you give ColorWare $289 for coloring your earbuds.
Unfortunately, you’ll have to pay an extra $30 to color your AirPods’ case, bringing the total (without the separate purchase of the AirPods themselves) to $319, but I guess luxury comes at a cost. If you wanna spice up your AirPods, click here.
