Apple Introduces SiriKit for Apple Watch with Latest watchOS 3.2 Beta

Apple recently introduced the second beta of watchOS 3.2 with Theater Mode to developers for testing purposes, and now the company has begun the roll out of a third build for debugging before an initial release sometime in the near future. This news comes alongside the fact that Apple’s opened their SiriKit developer kit for specific uses in order for third-party functions to be implemented in Siri for Apple Watch. Things like requesting an Uber and paying for something over PayPal will soon be possible thanks to this new integration.

Found in the third build of watchOS 3.2 are likely simple bug fixes and security enhancements, but if you happen to notice something different worth noting, feel free to hit us up at mbedded@icloud.com.

To install the latest watchOS 3.2 on your registered Apple Watch, navigate to the Watch app on your paired iPhone and tap the “My Watch” tab. From there, go to General > Software Update and you should see the update ready for download. Be sure to place your iPhone on Wi-Fi while downloading this software as it’ll surely gobble up plenty of your data.
