A fresh update now rolling out to Android users of the Google app includes a new feature that’ll allow the public to search the web while offline and process users’ inquiries when a stable internet connection is available. This makes searching for things online while Wi-Fi or cellular connection is spotty, something I’m sure we’ve all experienced by now.
A notification will arrive on your phone when search results are available for viewing, so this way you don’t have to keep checking your phone to see when your inquiry has been processed. In addition, no changes to the amount of cellular data or battery will be made, according to Google.
Google’s latest update that’ll surely come off pleasing to many is currently only available on Android, but iOS users can expect the feature soon.
