Latest Adobe Flash Bug Lets Someone Take Total Control of Your PC, Update ASAP

As if it’s a shock to anyone, Adobe has announced that a new bug found within the ever-aging Flash Player plugin can allow someone (like a hacker) to take total control of your computer likely without you knowing it. This goes for Macs, Windows PCs, Chromebooks, and even Linux machines.

Adobe has released security updates for Adobe Flash Player for Windows, Macintosh, Linux and ChromeOS.  These updates address critical vulnerabilities that could potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.

I highly recommend updating to latest version of Flash so you don’t get hacked. You can click here to see what version of the plugin you have installed on your system. If you’ve got v23.0.0.185, you’re good. Otherwise, click here to update.

You can learn more about this new bug in Adobe’s Security Bulletin.
