If something new or unnatural hits the eyes of any UFO conspiracist on the planet, they’re pretty much bound to say it’s probably something alien. And this next sighting found on the Moon is no excuse.
According to Mark Sawalha, a UFO hunter, a 3.64 mile-high antenna has been found on the Moon which possibly connects to a secret, underground base where extraterrestrials work and survive. He thinks that aliens may be performing some type of tasks within this base, while the whole base idea is simply placing a bet on a possible plateau seen underneath the antenna itself. Of course, with Sawalha unveiling this discovery, many UFO enthusiasts are abuzz and sharing these findings anywhere they can, so get ready for a comment storm where the link to this article is shared.
Sawalha had this to say to The Sun about the possible alien antenna.
I think this finding could be the antenna of an underground alien base, because there is a plateau under the spike… I guess that there are also some kind of mining activities going on the Moon..
The UFO believer also thinks that NASA knows all about this spike he found since the antenna was spotted within a public NASA photo. He believes this would explain who another Moon mission after the Apollo was never executed. Of course, these are all theories, so take it with a grain of salt.
Finding Alien anomalies (mechanical structures, buildings, etc) on our solar system is quite new matter for me. I got interested about this topic after I found these strange structures on Nasa images myself. I am sure that these findings are real. We have still a lot to learn from our neighbour planets and whats happening there.
Obviously, many will think that this “evidence” is just a hoax and won’t result into anything. In fact, you may be sitting there right now thinking to yourself, “Wow, this Mark guy is nuts!” And according to an interview with Daily Mail Online, Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual, seems to agree.
In this case the vertical looking hill is more likely to be caused by shadows from a hill that has a steep bank or cliff face on the right-hand-side.
This seems like a pretty logical explanation, right?
Watson goes on to say how UFO enthusiasts tend to twist plenty of findings into something involved with aliens.
There are plenty of alternative explanations that don’t involve the intervention of aliens, but enthusiasts are always eager to leap on anything unusual and build them into their extraterrestrial fantasies.
As a guy who firmly believes in extraterrestrials himself, I stand pretty neutral on this subject. I can’t say it’s real because the image isn’t very clear, however I’m not sure I believe the fact that all this could be just a “vertical looking hill” aided by shadows. Nevertheless, I want to hear your opinions. Where do you stand on these findings? Real, or a complete hoax? Let me know in the comments!
