After a lengthy beta process containing five different builds, Apple has finally released iOS 9.3.3 to the world which brings multiple bug fixes, security enhancements, and stability improvements to the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
As always with dot-dot-dot software updates, iOS 9.3.3 doesn’t include any use-facing changes or tweaks, hence it’s 55.8MB size. However, we’ll let you know if Apple decided to surprise us all with sometime totally unexpected in this update, but that’s pretty unlikely.
No new features or user-facing tweaks will make their way to the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch until iOS 10 comes out later this fall. It’s bringing a redesigned lock screen, new Apple Music UI, an all-new Messages app, and much more. In fact, it just entered it’s third stage in it’s beta process today. You can learn more about iOS 10 here.

Is the iPad mini 4 be able to run this? I was looking at a comparison of various iPads on this page(toptabletstoday.com/best-ipad-2016/) and it sold me on the mini 4, but I don’t want to get stuck on an old iOS and end up forced to buy a new unit.
You’ll be able to get iOS 9.3.3 on the mini 4. In fact, it’ll also be able to run iOS 10 when it comes out.
