As previously reported, Marvel has begun shooting the upcoming reboot Spider-Man: Homecoming which stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker. So it was just a matter of time until somebody got their hands on more set photos. And thankfully, one of Looper’s most recent reports is no exception to that rule.
As you can see, there’s plenty to see from these pictures. I say plenty because there’s plenty of what we’re all excited about: the new Spider-Man suit. It appears that this suit is close to if not exactly like the web slinger’s costume in Captain America: Civil War. You can see Peter holding his cell phone in one (which appears to be a very early generation iPhone), him laughing at something in another, and quite a few of him chilling around a giant tube which appears to be made out of cement. Not many details about the location in the story where these photos are taking place are known, however in some photos a Washington D.C. license plate is visible on the back of a truck Spidey’s standing on. These scenes may be about a school trip Peter takes to the Capital which ultimately leads to one of the hero’s villains attacking someone or simply causing a disturbance, but as of now it’s a bit too early to call.
