Apple has seeded the second beta of OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 to public beta testers and developers alike. The new build is available via the “Updates” tab in the Mac App Store. This comes as the company begins to also roll out the second build of iOS 9.3 to testers.

The OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 betas have so far unveiled features such as Live Photos in Messages, pass-word/code protected notes in the Notes app, and fixes specifically targeted towards iBooks, Messages, Notes, and Photos.
